Shipping Policy

At Faithtastic, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love and attention to detail.

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including the recipient's full name, street address, house number, ZIP code, and any other required details. Faithtastic is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $65 USD or more within the United States and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs for orders under $65 USD will be calculated at checkout.

For orders shipped to multiple addresses, free shipping applies to one address only. Additional addresses will incur separate shipping charges.

Faithtastic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

PICK UP ORDERS

Customer has 1 month to pick up their order. If your order is not picked up during that period, the pieces will be put up for sale again and the customer will lose the piece and the money.
