Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Store credit only.

Unworn items in brand-new condition may qualify for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and original packaging. Items must show no signs of wear, scratches, marks, or damage. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/store credit or apply deductions if items are not returned in new condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

No price adjustments will be made on purchases made before sales or promotions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
